Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in our Affiliate Program. The purpose of this Agreement is to allow you to earn referral fees for qualifying purchases made through links on your website.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate your participation in the program for any reason.

3. Enrollment

To enroll in the Affiliate Program, you must complete affiliate registration here. We will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. If accepted, you will be given access to your affiliate account.

4. Commissions

You will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through your affiliate links. Commissions are subject to change at our discretion. Commissions are paid monthly, and payments are made via UPI.

5. Referral Tracking

For transparent payout, both parties can view the commissions earned in the dashboard. We will provide you with unique affiliate links to track referrals. It is your responsibility to ensure that your affiliate links are properly formatted. We are not responsible for any lost commissions due to errors in your affiliate links.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any unethical, illegal, or fraudulent activities in connection with the Affiliate Program. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, spamming, cookie stuffing, and using misleading advertising.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all of our affiliate links from your website.

8. Modification

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the Affiliate Program. Our total liability in connection with this Agreement will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of your residing state. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with this Agreement must be brought in the appropriate court or jurisdiction.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
